At Cherries, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
